Wada plot

Reads a CSV (*.csv) file listing: the identity of the infected place, the date of disease detection, the date depopulation started, the date depopulation was completed, and the date of completion of cleaning and disinfection. Returns a bar chart showing: (1) the number of days from detection to depopulation completion and (2) the number of days from depopulation completion to cleaning and disinfection completion. Input data format as follows: fid, dxdate, depsdate, depedate, cleandate

A Wada plot is useful for identifying exactly when prolonged detection to depopulation intervals are occuring during an outbreak. Typically, detection to depopulation intervals are greatest during the peak of an epidemic due to insufficient resources.
